The gross PLN price includes 23% VAT. A temporarily unavailable package cannot be purchased on this website.

Do I need a second device for the QR code?

You can show the QR on a second screen. If your phone and OS support it, add eSIM from an image on the same device, or use manual details from the private portal. Never share the code or link.

How do I submit a complaint?

Email office@wingsbrand.com with the order number, issue and requested solution. Do not attach QR codes or private links. WINGS physical-product return rules are not eSIM rules; statutory rights are preserved.

How do I install the eSIM and choose the data line?

Open the private link from the e-mail and scan the QR code, or use the manual installation details, on stable Wi‑Fi. Then choose the WINGS eSIM as your mobile data line in settings. Your main SIM can stay for calls.
