Validity starts when the eSIM is installed on the phone.
Installing starts the package period. Install the eSIM only when you want to start using it, on a stable internet connection.

Installation
Network connection
Validity starts on the first connection to a supported network at your destination.
You can install the eSIM earlier on stable Wi‑Fi; the period starts at the first network connection at your destination. Follow the instructions in the e-mail.
Before installing
A stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi).
An eSIM-capable phone without a carrier lock.
Do not delete an installed eSIM — reinstalling may not be possible.
Installation
Open the private link from the e-mail on another device and scan the QR code, or use the manual installation details.
Give the eSIM a clear name, e.g. “WINGS”.
In settings choose the WINGS eSIM as your mobile data line; your main SIM can stay for calls.
At your destination
Turn on the WINGS line and data roaming for this eSIM if the package instructions require it.
Turn off data roaming on your main SIM to avoid carrier charges.
No connection? Restart the phone, check network selection and data line, then contact support.
Install on your phone
Before installation: stable Wi-Fi, eSIM support, EID and carrier unlock. Opening an email or portal does not activate the plan. Installing may start validity — always check your package rule. Manufacturer sources below; menus vary by OS version.
iPhone
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan it from a second screen. Supported iOS versions let you touch and hold a QR in email/browser and choose Add eSIM, or enter details manually. Use only your private portal details. Label the line WINGS.
Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR code. If offered, use manual activation code entry with your private portal details. Menu names vary with One UI and region; show the QR on a second device.
Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM → Set up eSIM. Scan the QR from a second device or choose help / manual entry if available. Use your private portal details.
Turn on WINGS, select it for mobile data and enable its data roaming as instructed. Disable automatic data switching. Do not enable data roaming for your home SIM.
You may keep your home SIM for calls and SMS, but your carrier may charge for calls, SMS and voicemail abroad. Check its tariff; WINGS eSIM does not change those costs.
WhatsApp and other messaging apps can use WINGS data with your existing account number. No account number change is needed. The package does not provide conventional phone calls or SMS.
Do not use an APN found online. Use only settings supplied for your assigned profile; if none are provided and data fails, contact support.
If you see an error
Cannot add eSIM: check Wi-Fi, carrier unlock and regional compatibility. Code already used: check whether the line is already in SIM settings; do not install on a second phone. No network: check country, selected data line and its roaming, then restart. Do not delete, reinstall or transfer the eSIM to troubleshoot — the code may be single-use. Contact support with the order number and error text, without QR codes or private links.
